I think this should explicitly be a goal. What this would mean exactly might vary depending on the composition of the group.
For groups with small children, it might mean, among other things: * Meetings cannot be mainly sophisticated instruction (not that that would be the goal anyway) * Other activities, such as prayer, probably need to be consciously designed to be accessible and allow children into the life of the group
